Jess Bielman is a Portland-based consultant, facilitator, and spiritual educator who works at the intersection of equity, leadership, and community formation. He specializes in co-creating culture-shifting initiatives that center belonging, restorative practice, and shared power. With a background in theology and a gift for storytelling, Jess brings a grounded, relational presence to spaces where institutional change and personal transformation meet. His work spans leadership coaching, strategic planning, experiential facilitation, and curriculum design for nonprofits, government agencies, and faith-based communities.

In addition to his consulting practice, Jess serves as a meditation instructor on Insight Timer and is a member of the Phygital Fellows program, which explores digital-first approaches to spiritual leadership. Jess is also a writer and creative collaborator, currently developing content focused on hope, justice, and spiritual formation. He lives in Portland with his wife Cande and their two daughters.
